Take a lovely creative walk with art instructor Dominique who will show you the basics of sketching on this wild path along Brague towards "Pont de Tamarins"

The setting

​

Nothing like a walk along the water to find yourself or to share a moment with those who share the same passion. Alone, enter into communication with nature and its mysteries by entering the kingdom of the river and its fabulous waterfalls,  admire the beauty of the green landscapes and listen to the song of the wind, the water and the many animals that rise up around you ... The park forms a sort of crescent centered on the Brague river and its tributary, the Bruguet.

Your day

You will take a leisurely stroll along Braque circa 2 km of walking distance. You’ll stop at 2 or 3 lookout points where Dominique will give you a sketching class. 

By lunchtime, your travelling notepad – “travelogue” - will be full of the mornings’ drawings... your memories captured forever...

Lunch After the morning’s creations, you will certainly not resist a freshly prepared picnic made using local Provencal products such as cheese, delicatessen, quiche, tapenade and local wine or cider.

Practical information

Where and when to meet: in front of townhall (Mairie) in Biot 9.30 AM

​

What to bring: comfortable shoes and… that’s it 😊 All the equipment for sketching will be provided - sketching paper, travelling notepad, pencils, etc.

​

Language

The sketching workshop will be held in French, a great occasion to practice or improve your conversational skills! Art is a universal language anyway and Adela will be there to assist with any translation if required. 

​

Suitable for: beginners up to intermediate. No painting experience is required. Our instructor will guide you step-by-step!
